Hi, I'm Amari — pets have been my whole world for eight years.
It started with a litter of puppies I helped deliver and raise, and it never really stopped. Since then I've cared for pets of every kind coast to coast — anxious rescues, stubborn seniors, tiny kittens, chatty birds, basking reptiles, rabbits and guinea pigs, and one very opinionated husky — and I've been a proud cat mom to three furballs of my own the whole way through.
I work remotely from my laptop, which means your pet gets a companion who's actually home. No rushing in and out. I'm First Aid & CPR certified for cats and dogs, comfortable with oral and injected medication, and experienced with special-needs and senior care.
Routine first
Your pet's day shouldn't change just because you're away. I follow feeding times, walk routes and house rules exactly as you write them.
Enrichment always
Every visit includes something for the mind — puzzle feeders, scent games, training with high-value treats, or a cat fishing pole marathon.
Over-communication
Photos, updates and FaceTime whenever you want them. You should never have to wonder how your pet is doing.

A Typical Day with Amari
The morning starts with enrichment. For dogs, it's fetch, tag or hide-and-seek with training games and high-value treats; for cats, gentle movement and interactive bird toys.
Mid-day mental puzzles. I prepare frozen bone broth bowls or kibble puzzles wrapped in fabric to keep minds sharp while I work remotely by their side.
Long-form movement. High-energy dogs get a 30+ minute brisk walk. Seniors get a relaxing stretch or pet yoga session for joint comfort.
